Hieronder geven we (met zijn vriendelijke toestemming) de grafische follow-up van de certificaatcursus van Tom Aldenberg weer. Deze grafiek (en zijn commentaar in het Engels, de oorspronkelijke taal) werden eerder gepubliceerd op de nu verdwenen RED-Triodos website. We zullen deze grafiek wekelijks publiceren.

Certificate (Depository Receipt) Infographic (2024-11-20). The current Depository Receipt Value is € 27.–: the lowest value in the last 37 weeks.
Above the MTF data in the right Figure inset, we show the Loss / DR, which is the Loss per Certificate, in comparison with (estimates of) the NAV at three dates:
- Start of the Captin.nl Triodos MTF (minus € 29),
- At the end of 2023, when the price was lowest (minus € 71), and
- At the current DRV (minus € 64).
Hence, multiply these losses with your number of Certificates, to evaluate your potential loss, as if DR-values were still based on the NAV (Net Asset Value). This was the case from 2010 (and earlier) up to the end of 2021. Yearly NAVs are also shown as yellow ‘coins’ in the
